Find a large cardboard box, preferably rectangular. Cut off the entire lid on one side and stand it upright to form the outer shell.
Design the number of drawers and their height based on the height of the cardboard box.
Make the drawer divider.
Construct the drawers. Anyone who has made cardboard boxes before should know how, so I won't elaborate.
Packaging.
The handles are made from the drawstring of a tote bag; they're quite long. I just twisted the drawer divider a few times.
