Internal Wire Fixing Clip for AAC Blocks

Even during the transportation, installation or external force impact of the AAC board, it can prevent the steel wire from shifting, ensuring the board's flexural and compressive resistance performance and avoiding potential risks such as cracking and breaking due to the deviation of the steel wire. ​

In the AAC sheet production line, the snap fasteners can be quickly placed on the steel wire and embedded into the mold. For AAC boards of different thicknesses and strength grades (such as partition boards, floor slabs, and exterior wall panels), as well as reinforcing steel wires of different diameters, there are corresponding snap specifications.
