A Two-Part System for Unmatched Stability

The device is a simple yet highly effective mechanical system consisting of two core components:

 

1. The Limit Chuck (Fig. 110)

Fixed directly to the inner side of the insulation board.

Its primary function is to bridge and align the splicing joints between adjacent insulation boards, keeping them flush and preventing displacement during the concrete pour.

 

2. The Limit Support Rod (Fig. 214)

• Spiral Tip End (Fig. 211): Features a sharp, threaded point that is easily rotated into the insulation board, creating a strong, secure connection with the chuck and eliminating the risk of detachment.
• Tail Plate End (Fig. 220): Equipped with a wide 40mm diameter plate that braces firmly against the inner side of the wooden formwork. This critically controls and maintains the precise distance between the insulation board and the formwork.
• Connection: The chuck and support rod are securely linked through the center (Fig. 213), forming a rigid, reliable assembly.

 

 

• Eliminates Board Displacement: The chuck-and-rod system locks insulation boards in place, preventing shifting and ensuring consistent alignment.
• Solves Detachment Issues: The innovative spiral tip provides a mechanical grip far superior to simple concrete strips, ending the problem of supports coming loose during vibration and pouring.
• Controls Flatness & Spacing: The large tail plate provides a stable bearing surface against the formwork, directly controlling the wall's thickness and the insulation board's flatness.
• Streamlines Construction: Replaces fragile, hard-to-handle concrete strips with a robust, easy-to-install mechanical system, reducing labor and time.
• Ensures Quality: Guarantees that the cast-in-place formwork removal process results in a high-quality, flat wall ready for finishing, reducing the need for corrective work.

 

 

For maximum effectiveness, the devices are installed in a systematic grid pattern:

 

• Connection: Devices are connected to the reinforcement bars of the cast-in-place wall.
• Arrangement: Multiple sets of devices are installed sequentially along the wooden formwork.
• Spacing: The spacing between different groups of devices is set according to the bottom leveling devices.
• Density: Each group typically contains 5 to 6 devices, arranged at vertical intervals to create a comprehensive support network.
