Fixed directly to the inner side of the insulation board.
Its primary function is to bridge and align the splicing joints between adjacent insulation boards, keeping them flush and preventing displacement during the concrete pour.
2. The Limit Support Rod (Fig. 214)
- Spiral Tip End (Fig. 211): Features a sharp, threaded point that is easily rotated into the insulation board, creating a strong, secure connection with the chuck and eliminating the risk of detachment.
- Tail Plate End (Fig. 220): Equipped with a wide 40mm diameter plate that braces firmly against the inner side of the wooden formwork. This critically controls and maintains the precise distance between the insulation board and the formwork.
- Connection: The chuck and support rod are securely linked through the center (Fig. 213), forming a rigid, reliable assembly.
